All too often we miss out on the really good advice that can make all the difference in the world.  Once you discover the great advice, you can approach it the correct way.

The three approaches to fast, accelerated weight loss are simple, easy, and fun to do.   Take it from someone who knows.  Keep in mind that you can stick with one or you can alternate from one to the other depending on you day, lifestyle, and other factors that come into play.  Like we said before, nothing happens in isolation.

So without further ado, here we go.

The first one is the portion approach.  This one is one of the favorites and is mainly for people who don’t have a lot of time or the patience to prepare food that takes more than one or two steps. It’s for people who don’t’ like to cook, or like to follow recipes.

Here it is in basic formats:

  • 3 servings of proteins
  • 1 serving of dairy
  • 3 servings of fruits
  • 3 servings of vegetables
  • 1 serving of fat
  • 4 servings of carbohydrates
  • 3 servings of snacks
  • 3 servings of condiments

So you can grab and go.  It is kind of like a checklist of what you need.  Each of them should be about the size of the palm of your hand.  It’s just that easy.  So in the morning make it easy as pie, no pun intended there, and grab everything that you need for the day and throw it together and be on your way.

No need to labor over the stove, no need to be meticulously counting calories, eating disgusting meals or going without.  If you follow the simple portion plan then you can really see results fast.  Right before your eyes, your body will start to change within just a few days.  The new you will be on its way.

Not everyone is on board with the portion plan, so there’s a few other ways that we recommend based on your lifestyle and personality.
