Starving Your Tummy is Not Going to Get you Anywhere With Losing Weight With Acceletrim

The first reason is that, yes this might actually work, and you might end up loosing some weight but as soon as you go back to your normal eating habits, the weight will come back instantaneously and you might gain back more this being called the famous yo-yo effect.
The second reason why it should not be done this way is because one meal a day can slow down your metabolism, and your body instead of reaching for fat to loose will star grabbing from your lean muscle mass, definitely not recommended not only this will happen but as your life goes on and you might attempt to loose weight later in your life your ability to loose it will diminish.
And the last thing eating one meal a day will give head to those so called “hunger attacks” and it will be counter productive, since you will reach to eat anything, junk food most likely and instead of loosing you might be gaining.
