Most of us grew up on this great tasting sandwich made from peanut butter and jelly. The combination of the two ingredients is quite strange when you think about it. Here you have peanuts that are all grinded up and made into a creamy paste, and then there is this stuff made from gelatin and fruit, they are combined together and then placed in between two pieces of white bread. In a matter of seconds you can put together this sandwich, where other types require more work and time.

It provides a slow release of energy throughout your day, and it has a nice healthy dose of fiber. Take some oats and place them in a bowl and add some hot water to it. Let it sit there for a while and turn kind of mushy. From here you can add some peanut butter on top, along with the jelly. You can either mix it in or eat it spoon by spoon with a little bit of each ingredient. Some prefer it chilled, which is a different option for you to enjoy. Be sure to get the natural peanut butter because it is better for you. There is a good bit of sugar in the jelly, so if you can, go a little bit lighter on that one and opt in for more peanut butter.
