There is only one thing that stands between you and losing the pounds of fat from your body, and that is taking action.  Taking action means doing something about your extra pounds and not just talking about it.  Have you ever heard the saying “All talk and no action”?

We all know people wparisho talk a lot about doing certain things and just never take any kind of action to accomplish them.  Let’s say you have two friends, one talks constantly about traveling abroad and how wonderful it would be, but just can never make any type of commitment to making it happen.  Your other friend mentions that they want to travel abroad and the next day plans the whole trip out, gets their passport, airplane ticket, hotel accommodations, and the following month spends a few weeks in Paris, France and has the time of their life.  What is the difference between your two friends?  Why does one only talk about it and the other talk about it and then take action?  It has to do with making a commitment and then taking action.  When you make a commitment to do something you are more likely to follow through.
