2009 Will be The Year to Leave Your Old Self in The Past with Acceletrim
December 30, 2008
The new year is upon us and we would like to take a minute to remind you to be safe as possible and be responsible with whatever activities you participate in, please fit in some fireworks because they are so much fun.
A new year’s resolution, what exactly does this mean? All of us humans on this wonderful planet, once the old year is coming to an end and in the horizon the new years is beginning to unravel, it is really very common that all of us get into a change mode. “I want to change”, or better yet “we want to change, get a different hair cut, become more organized, be a better person, or most commonly get in shape or lose weight. Why is it that we have to wait 365 and sometimes 366 days to realize, that there are many things that we would like to change about us, or the way we do things, but the New Year has to arrive before we can commit?
As the year 2008 is coming to a close in just a few short days, let’s take this wonderful next year 2009 that is upon us not to only set resolutions but to make it a landmark year. Here are a few different ways to approach the subject:
- The year 2009 will be the year where we stop making resolutions period.
- Where we are going to make a list of all the things we would like to change about us, about our workplace and really about the world we live in. This list will require some deep thought so set some time aside to spend some quality time with you.
- Build a time frame around this list, make sure you include dates and if you would like a place, of where you would like to be when this “resolutions” are accomplished.
- Start by tackling one, at a time.
- Be patient, this is going to be very new so start something easy, for example if you have always wished that you washed your bed sheets more often, start with that, wash them once a week, until this becomes a good habit. If your goal is to lose weight, start by enrolling in a gym membership and setting your schedule, as well as not forgetting to take Acceletrim twice a day, to keep your craving under control.
Be true to yourself. If you fall behind or you give up, make sure that you pick up where you left, and really start all over again, just because you failed at it once does not mean that this result ion will have to wait until next year, sit down, take your list and put a new date on there, make sure that it gets done, no matter how much time or how many tries it takes.
