If you eat Hawaiian food every single day, maybe try different types of foods from a different cultures, eat Italian, then Cuban, and follow that up with some French cuisine. Every culture has a different way they make meals, they are prepared differently and they taste different. Each has healthy combinations of foods and spices. There is a way to eat the best tasting food in the world that is good for you and will help you lose weight. The variety will get rid of the side effects that are associated with eating the same type of foods everyday. If you stick with the combination of low fat protein, low glycemic carbohydrates, and fiber, then you can pick out the right meal from different cultures menu items. When you break your life into certain time periods, you will notice that there are transitions that take place. There is a period of time when you go from a student to having a job, or from being single to married, or from married to divorced. Transitions can be quite challenging because certain aspects of your life become different. Change is tough, and you have to do activities that you don’t know how to do. The predictability decreases and your certainty can disappear. Eventually you do adapt to the new routines and activities.
To have a great experience through these times, you should look at them as a transitional time and label it that way. Change does not happen over night and the more patients and understanding that you have about the learning curve that goes along with change, the better you will do. Take some time to yourself and relax and realize what is going on. This is a great tip to remember to help lower your stress levels. Just by being aware that it is a transitional time can help you cope better and feel better. All that you can do is the best that you can and give it one hundred percent. Taking time to lean about what you are transitioning into will help accelerate the process for you.

The world is a big place, there are thousands and thousand of people just like us in it. People with hopes and dreams like ours, people with a lot of things in their minds just like us and of course people that stumble upon a wall when things don’t simply go their way, just like us. A lot of us take adversities in life very personal and some others take it with a grain of salt and simply know that in life sometime you win and sometimes you lose, but with a positive attitude the possibilities of winning are better.
So when nothing goes according to plan and we simply just want to crawl up in the couch and not see anyone what do we do? We must realize that when this type of behavior occurs in us, and eventhough we may not have the energy or want to, we must quickly switch gears and find something that improves our mood or simply takes our mind of the problem for a couple of hours, to clean our head. We recommend, watch a funny movie, there are thousands of them, pick your favorite and turn it up. This movies were made for days like these, after laughing for a couple of hours you will feel a thousand times better and have a better assumption of the problem, and maybe even come up with a solution. Laughing truly is a remedy for the soul.
