If you are a person that totally loves to eat vegetables and can’t get enough of them, then keep on with what you are doing. When you go and shop at the market for your weekly food, make sure to pick out any and all fruits and vegetables that you have a liking of. If you love to eat bananas and are not into grapes, then pick up a bundle of bananas. If you love zucchini and can’t stand peas, get as much zucchini as possible.
When you go and visit the frozen section there is usually two different sections, one section for frozen junk food, all kinds of frozen ice creams, frozen tasty fried foods, and other foods that are not good for your health. In the other section there will be healthier choices. This is where the frozen vegetables and berries are. If you look around in there you will probably find frozen veggie patties, pick up a pack and bring it home to try it out.
