Whipped Cream and Weight Loss with Acceletrim

Whipped cream is really delicious. As kids it was our favorite thing to indulge, on. On topped of our favorite desserts, chocolate milk, milk shakes, or just plain on a bowl. We could not let enough of it then, we cannot get enough of it now.
There are many ways to have this great treat, and really it is very simple to make, if you do not like the lighter aerosol kind. All it takes is heavy cream on a cold stainless steel bowl, vanilla extract, and sugar. Brown sugar would be better and less of it if you can.
The secret is to get as much air as possible by whisking the mixture, as fast as possible. Once a light airy mixture is accomplished it is ready to serve. If you want to make it last a little bit, you can put in the fridge for a couple of hours but not more than that.
The great thing about whipped cream is that if you are on weight loss goal, you can have a couple of table spoons right on top of a bowl of strawberries, or bananas since it is only 8 calories per spoon.
