Take the top off, take the seeds out, peel the outer thin layer of film off from the outside and then place in a pre-heated four hundred degree oven. Then take some tofu, or ground turkey, or other choice of protein and place it in a pan on top of the stove with seasonings, cinnamon, cumin, garlic, onions, and cook it all together. If you can get some brown rice cooking too that would be good, there is a quick kind that you can use that stores in the freezer, you just warm it up for a few minutes. After everything is cooked on top of the stove, take and stuff everything into the pepper and then bake in the oven for about fifteen minutes or until the peppers get soft. You can make quite a few at once, and then eat them later. A very good benefit is that you can freeze them too and then eat them over the next few weeks.
